[ Qualification ]

Any individual or group/team who is acting as a creator in the field of illustration, graphic design
A company who provides products or services in the field of illustration, graphic design

Illustration / Character Design / Picture Book / Graphic Design / Game / Animation / Webtoon(Web Cartoon) /Calligraphy / Independence Publication

[ How to Apply ]

Apply for

Participation
Fill in the form and submit the application from via official website.

Confirmation from SIF

It will take up to a month to check and confirm your portfolio after applying.
If you have not filled in any required fields (artwork, SNS) or your exhibit item is not suitable for all-age viewing, application will be turned down.

Deposit Payment

(50% of Participation Fee)
SIF will send a confirmation e-mail with invoice of participation fee for those
who has been confirmed to participate.

Confirmation of Participation

After receiving your deposit payment, SIF will send final confirmation e-mail for the participation.

[ Classification of Application ]

Application will be classified into a.) Individual Artist, b.) Team Artist and c.) Company.

a.) Individual Artist
Applicant and participant must be same due to control reason(participant operation, discount, etc.)
b.) Team Artist (with more than 2 people)
1) Every team member need to submit the application form individually. SIF will check qualifications, payment and final confirmation for all team members, then allocate team booth.
2) Please write same team name in application form and submit the form at the same time if possible.
3) If one of team members’ application is denied, remaining member can share team booth with other artists remaining for the same reason. (Booth allocation is random.)
c.) Company
Write and submit the application form by a person in charge of a company.

[ CHECK BEFORE YOU APPLY! ]

1. Applicant and participant must be same artist/team/company.
2. There are 3 types of participation application; Individual, Team and Company.
3. Teenagers cannot participatie as an exhibitor.
4. Do make sure to check and read Terms and Conditions before applying.
    – There is cancellation fee if you cancel after participation confirmation.
    – Participation will not be acceptable if you copy other’s creation or design, and your work is not relevant to SIF.
5. If there is some information missing or wrong in the application form, your application will be rejected automatically.
    – All notice information about SIF participation will be sent to e-mail you have submitted in your application form.

6. For diversity of participating artists, SIF will confirm participation by considering a.) the order of application, b.) field of participation and c.) work experience.
