일상 속 따스한 온도가 담겨진 동화 같은 찰나를 그리는 일러스트레이터 ARISOL 입니다. 뉴욕과 런던에서 미술 공부를 하고 이번에 한국으로 돌아오게 되면서 서울 일러스트레이션 페어에 참가하게 되었어요. 질감을 살린 멋진 원화들과 그 속의 아름다운 이야기를 만나보세요!
ARISOL is an illustrator who catches and draws the warmth and fairytale moments in our lives. After studying Illustration in London (Goldsmiths University) and New York (School of Visual Arts), ARISOL is back in South Korea and will participate Seoul Illustration Fair this July. Amazing original artwork will be displayed in her booth.

2. 이번 페어에서 공개되는 새로운 작품이 있다면, 소개해주세요!
저는 주로 Mixed media 기법을 써요, 그림 속 질감이 아름답다고 생각하는 저는 과슈, 색연필, 아크릴, 수채화, 펜 등 여러 미술 재료를 통해 장면을 그려냅니다. 이번 페어에 원화 포트폴리오를 선 보일 예정입니다, 그 중에서 젯소판넬에 여러 미술 재료를 쓴 원화 작품들 특히 'London Bakery (2023)', 'A Librarian (2023)', 'London Cafe (2023)', 'Outdoor Restaurant (2023)' 등이 공개됩니다. 궁금하신 분들은 오셔서 즐겁게 봐주시면 감사하겠습니다!
I believe that original artworks contain and create 'exquisite' stories within textures so I mainly use mixed media such as gouache, colour pencil, acrylic, watercolour, pen, etc. In this fair, I will display the original artwork portfolio. Especially, 'London Bakery (2023)', 'Librarian (2023)', 'London Cafe (2023)', and 'Outdoor Brunch Restaurant (2023)' which were drawn and painted on the textured gesso panel will be included in the portfolio. 3. 이번 페어에서 선보일 작가님의 '시그니처'가 있다면, 소개해주세요!
원화 포트폴리오, 엽서, 럭키 박스 등 다양한 볼거리가 있지만 그 중에서도 이번에 '심플한 인물화 그리기'를 해보려고 해요. 영국에 있을 때 참여한 여러 아트마켓에서 간편 초상화 그리기를 해보았는데 많은 분들이 관심 가지셔서, 이번 서일페에도 추가했습니다! 다른 분들에게 선물하실 수도 있도록 그림과 엽서 종이봉투를 같이 드려요, 그림 뒷면에 편지를 쓰면 더욱 멋진 선물이 되지 않을까요 ;)

There will be original artwork portfolios, postcards, lucky boxes, etc in my booth. This time, I will do the ‘Simple Portrait Drawing’ which I did while participating in several art markets in London. The portrait drawing will come with an envelope, wouldn't it be a wonderful portrait-letter gift to your lover/friends ;)
